My employer hired SIS to move an OpenPath access badge reader to a different door, and I provided oversight. The tech was courteous and completed the job. When he finished, he stayed with me while I tested things, and tweaked what I asked him to. This was a big move for our organization - switching security companies after nearly a decade and for a new-build project.  Scott and SIS made the entire process painless.  He took the time to listen to our needs and he created a custom and appropriate package that met our needs and our budget.  We could not have been more pleased.  The cloud-based software allows us to monitor 24/7 from our mobile devices, tablets, and laptop.  We can easily and instantly add or delete users and modify their access. These guys did a great job for our business with 100 employees. We had 20 doors of access control installed. They did everything from gate intercom readers, video readers, and the regular readers. I am very impressed with the Avigilon Alta system. I have a lifetime warranty on the access control parts. I love their mobile integrations for access. We can still use cards if needed. Big props to this company. Highly recommend!
